General Terms and Conditions

By registering, the customer confirms that she has read and understood the following general terms and conditions and agrees to them.

1. registration for courses

All registrations for courses of any kind are binding. The number of course places / participants is limited and will be considered in the order in which registrations are received. Registration and written confirmation therefore do not constitute a claim to course participation. In the event of non-attendance or early withdrawal from the course, there is no entitlement to a refund of the course fee. The following cancellation conditions apply in the event of cancellation. (point 2)

2 Cancellation policy in the event of cancellation of a course

If no replacement participant is named with the cancellation, cancellation fees will be charged as follows:

1 week before the start of the course 100%

2 weeks before the start of the course 75%

3 weeks before the start of the course 50%

3. cancellation of a course by the organiser (course instructor)

If the number of participants is insufficient, the course will not be held. In this case, participants will be notified 3 days before the scheduled start of the course and the course fee will be waived or refunded.

4 Payment of the course fees

The course fee must be paid in full in cash at the first lesson and remains due in the event of non-attendance. See also cancellation conditions! The course fee will be charged in the event of non-attendance without a medical certificate.

5. exclusion of liability

Any liability of the course instructors is limited to unlawful intent and gross negligence. All other liability is excluded. Insurance is the responsibility of the participant.

6 Applicable law / place of jurisdiction

The contract between the instructors and the customer is subject to Swiss substantive law, excluding the conflict of laws provisions. The place of jurisdiction is Dielsdorf.

7 General

The female designation includes any male companion and the children of the designated person.
